About the Role

As a Graduate Health Consultant, you will work on projects that improve healthcare organizations' services, drive transformational change, and achieve better outcomes for the populations they serve. You will contribute to projects with a clear social purpose and lasting impact, working alongside experts to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful change.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting healthcare organisations to design and deliver improvements that enhance outcomes for patients, service users, and communities.
  • Carrying out research and analysis to help inform strategic decisions and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement activities, helping to bring together diverse perspectives and build consensus around shared goals.
  • Assisting with workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions with clients and project teams.
  • Contributing to reports, business cases, strategies, and implementation plans that support positive change.
  • Working with colleagues to develop innovative solutions that improve organisational performance and service delivery.
  • Supporting the development of proposals and contributing to winning new opportunities that expand our impact within the health sector.
  • Building your knowledge of healthcare systems, policy developments, and emerging trends affecting the future of health and care.
  • Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the team and actively participating in team meetings, learning opportunities, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

  • Less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements).
  • Eligible to achieve security clearance.
  • Security clearance normally requires you to be a UK British national or lived in the UK for five years or more.
  • Demonstrate genuine interest in both the opportunity and in joining Mott MacDonald.
  • Highlight any relevant experience or interests - such as modules studied, previous work experience, or research about the company, values, and projects.
  • Mott MacDonald Ltd. are not currently offering sponsorship to candidates under the Skilled Worker visa route in the UK.
  • Cannot accept applications from candidates who would be working under the Graduate visa route or other time-limited visas, due to their temporary nature and the requirement for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route in future.
