Pybus Recruitment is seeking a Local Business Development Executive for a leading automotive retailer in Dagenham. This hybrid dealership and field-based role focuses on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving commercial growth within the fleet and local business team.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and securing new opportunities across a range of products and services.
- Developing and growing a local business customer database.
- Actively networking throughout the area to uncover new opportunities.
- Building long-term partnerships with customers.
- Managing existing accounts while continuously developing new opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record of generating and winning new business.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Professional, consultative sales approach.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
