About the Role
As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, you will safely deliver building materials to customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops to delivery locations. You will be loading and unloading, operating the crane, and supporting team members when needed, offering job satisfaction in a varied role. As an Area driver, you will cover absence within a designated area, assigned to the Jewson Hammersmith branch and required to cover a cluster of branches including Acton, Lambeth, Ruislip & Wembley.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver building materials to customers.
- Operate the crane.
- Load and unload materials.
- Support team members when needed.
- Cover absence within a designated area for a cluster of branches.
Requirements
- A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
Skills
- Multidrop experience (handy, but not a necessity).
