About the Role
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling manual or automated tasks for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and storage. The role also ensures the efficient flow of products from vendors to customers, meeting prescribed service parameters. Our warehouse team members play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive the products they need.
Responsibilities
- Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment, such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working at heights of 20-30 ft regularly.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
- Basic proficiency in English is required, including the ability to read and write in English to process documents.
Skills
- Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, is a plus.

- 40 hours weekly
- Night shift/ 3rd Shift
- Sunday 6:00pm - 2:30am
- Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 4:30am
- Must work until tasks are completed
- Days scheduled are subject to change depending on needs
Experience Level
- Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
- All training is provided.
Education Level
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
Salary/Compensations
- $20.50 per hour - $21.10 per hour (includes shift differential)
