About the Role
We are looking for an attentive, reliable, energetic, and approachable Sales Assistant with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends. You will welcome and assist customers throughout the sales process, describe products, and deliver the highest customer experience. You will also support store management in fostering a creative environment and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and embrace the brand Selling Ceremony.
- Provide an amazing in-store customer experience using Optometrist recommendations to build perfect product solutions.
- Achieve high commercial efficiency to meet monthly targets and personal KPIs.
- Build customer loyalty and understand customer relationship management.
- Be knowledgeable of the collection and the brand's iconic pieces.
- Operate the till system and process payments.
- Manage inventory.
- Follow company policy and procedure.
- Ensure the shop floor and stock room standards are maintained in a clean, tidy condition.
- Process deliveries, replenishment, and transfers.
- Support Store Management in implementing VM guidelines.
- Perform technical optical tasks, including ordering, verification, glasses collections, and adjustments.
- Utilize the latest generation equipment, including Smart Mirror 4 application and iPad for a digital customer journey.
