About the Role
Partner with Compensation Business Partners, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to advise and influence business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and issues. Drive the identification, assessment, and implementation of ongoing compensation process improvements and policies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with Compensation Analytics & Design to execute and deliver broad-based and sales compensation programs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Compensation Business Partners, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to advise and influence business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and issues.
- Drive the identification, assessment, and implementation of ongoing compensation process improvements and policies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with Compensation Analytics & Design to execute and deliver broad-based and sales compensation programs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Broad-based Compensation experience.
- 3+ years of Sales Compensation experience.
- Advanced data modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to synthesize complex, high-volume data into clear business conclusions.
- Ability to present complex concepts and analysis into simple, compelling recommendations to senior management and business leaders.
