About the Role
As a Luggage Porter, you will assist guests with transporting and storing luggage, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
- Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
- Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
- Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
