About the Role

This role is responsible for translating the company's learning, performance, and growth strategy into high-impact learning experiences across international regions. You will ensure learning experiences are globally aligned and locally resonant, while building scalable delivery capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in setting the global learning strategy, ensuring local and regional needs are represented.
  • Drive learning strategy delivery across international markets, ensuring regional consistency and addressing local needs.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with Regional Presidents and Regional PX VPs to translate the strategy into regional deliverables.
  • Define regional learning agendas aligned with the global strategy and varying learning maturity levels.
  • Lead needs analyses with PX Business Partners and leaders to convert insights into scalable learning solutions.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact learning or group coaching experiences (live and virtual) that drive behavior change.
  • Own Train-the-Trainer (TTT) for International, including recruitment, enablement, and community building.
  • Lead through a matrix, managing local learning roles and supporting extended teams.
  • Ensure governance and coherence by reducing duplication and maintaining quality.
  • Partner with internal content/design/communications and external partners.
  • Embed measurement by defining success metrics, sharing insights, and improving experiences based on data.

Requirements

  • Proven senior learning leader with significant experience designing and facilitating learning experiences that deliver measurable behavior change.
  • Strong people leader with experience coaching and developing teams across geographies, cultures, and time zones.
  • Confident working in matrixed organizations with dual reporting lines and high stakeholder complexity.
  • Culturally fluent and agile, able to tailor content and approach across regions, audiences, and business contexts.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and experienced in creative environments.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and learning measurement methodologies.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms, learning analytics, and modern learning technologies.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
