About the Role
As a Springer for wirkaufendeinauto.de, you will travel to our branches in your region, advise customers personally and competently throughout the entire purchase process, and conduct convincing sales talks to achieve fair and attractive deals for both parties. You will transparently explain the vehicle's condition and valuation, build trust through strong communication, and efficiently coordinate the purchase process with the support team.
Responsibilities
- Travel to our branches in your region.
- Advise customers personally and competently in the purchase process of their vehicle, from greeting to contract closing.
- Conduct convincing sales talks and actively accompany price negotiations with the goal of achieving fair and mutually attractive deals.
- Transparently explain the condition and valuation of the vehicle and build trust through your communication skills.
- Efficiently coordinate the purchase process and ensure a smooth workflow together with our support team.
Requirements
- Strong sales and communication skills, ideally through experience in direct customer contact, the service industry, or retail.
- Initial experience in the sales process, customer advisory services, or in price negotiations and sales closings.
- Strong customer orientation, enthusiasm for personal interaction, and a likeable, professional demeanor.
- Technical or automotive-specific knowledge is not a must; our tools and training will support you in vehicle valuation.
- Fluent German language skills and a Class B driver's license.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight within your region with your company car and fuel card; private use is possible.
