About the Role
ECHO POSTER is a specialized agency for outdoor and guerrilla marketing in Berlin. Since 2008, we bring creative ideas to life on the streets through classic and digital advertising spaces, large-scale murals, unconventional guerrilla actions, and custom-built installations. We collaborate with agencies and renowned companies to execute attention-grabbing campaigns across Germany, the UK, and Italy. We redefine out-of-home advertising, go the extra mile, and find solutions for seemingly impossible ideas. Our campaigns become part of the city, merging creativity, extensive experience, and a hands-on mentality.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of authentic and high-quality content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Participate in planning and execute live streams, street interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage.
- Develop creative video projects for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.
- Confidently present on camera, embodying authenticity, entertainment, and brand compliance.
- Act as a trend scout and implement new formats.
- Develop innovative ideas for brand positioning.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and external partners.
Requirements
- Experience as a creator, streamer, or in the social media field.
- Confident on-camera presence and enjoyment of live content.
- Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current trends.
- Creative thinking, quick comprehension, and strong storytelling abilities.
- Structured and independent work style.
- Fluent German language skills; English is an advantage.
- Submit resume, cover letter, social media profile, portfolio, or website.
