About the Role
The Private Bank Digital Team is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Product Strategy to accelerate digital product adoption. This role requires a blend of an AI-product mindset and data-driven decision-making to ensure innovations deliver value to clients and advisors.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute digital product strategy across priority journeys and platforms, aligning adoption goals with business outcomes.
- Own and execute the strategy for accelerating adoption of digital products.
- Coordinate cross-product roadmaps, dependencies, and launch sequencing with product owners.
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness, usage, and sustained engagement of products.
- Identify and drive opportunities to better connect advisor-facing and client-facing platforms for a cohesive experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Global Private Bank and Wealth Management Solutions to align priorities and scale digital capabilities.
- Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI capabilities into products and adoption workflows.
- Build and maintain a data-driven view of adoption performance, defining metrics and monitoring usage trends.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Advisor-facing teams to align adoption goals with product roadmaps.
- Diagnose friction points in the user journey and design interventions to improve uptake.
- Establish a test-and-learn culture, running experiments to refine adoption tactics.
- Communicate adoption insights and recommendations to senior leadership using data storytelling.
- Translate complex product and data insights into clear, actionable updates for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, growth, or a related discipline, ideally within financial services or a technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience driving digital product adoption or growth at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with proven fluency in data—comfortable defining metrics, working with analytics tools, and translating data into strategy.
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a track record of applying an AI-product mindset to real-world problems.
- Strong communication skills, with experience working across product owners, cross-functional teams, and advisor-facing stakeholders.
- Experience in the Private Bank, Wealth Management, or broader financial services sector.
- Hands-on experience embedding AI capabilities into digital products or customer-facing workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for experimentation.
