About the Role
This role involves maintaining and improving reporting, data mapping, and data quality standards, while also translating regulatory requirements into product and data implications. You will own data validation, client queries, and act as a liaison between client operations, clients, and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve reporting, data mapping, and data quality standards.
- Own day-to-day data validation and quality checks, investigating anomalies and assessing impact.
- Track regulatory developments and translate requirements into product and data implications.
- Take client and business feature requests from discovery to development-ready specifications.
- Translate requirements into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of product features.
- Support backlog grooming and prioritisation.
- Participate in UAT and feature validation.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Own client queries end to end.
- Act as the bridge between the Client Operations Team, clients, and engineering.
- Capture, structure, and analyse client feedback and feature requests.
- Prepare client-focused release notes, product communications, and supporting documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and product functionality.
Requirements
- Business or quantitative education.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in a BA role.
- Solid understanding of the asset management industry.
- Client-focused, fast-learning, and problem-solving personality.
- Strong interest in the asset management industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- English is a must, other languages are a plus.
