About the Role
The Helper Bees partners with insurance carriers and health plans to provide quality care and the right tools to keep older adults independent, healthy, and at home longer. This is a per diem opportunity to earn supplemental income as an Independent Contracted Nurse, completing face-to-face assessments in claimants' homes.
Responsibilities
- Complete in-depth cognitive and functional assessments with clients in their homes.
- Complete structured assessments, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
- Observe and report the current status of the individual objectively.
- Coordinate all scheduling with the client or their point of contact.
- Submit an assessment within 24 hours through an online application.
- Answer any needed clarifications by telephone within 48 hours of submission.
Requirements
- Must have a portable computer with Windows or tablet with camera.
- Must have reliable internet for submitting assessments.
- Must have a current RN license.
- Must be prompt and thoughtful in communication.
- Must be a quick learner of technology and currently proficient with computers.
