About the Role
SRC, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery and supporting critical supply chain activities. This role involves managing procurement processes, fostering supplier communication, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discussions and solve problems regarding all aspects of Supply Chain Management.
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between suppliers and Manufacturing/PMs/Planners.
- Monitor and manage purchase orders from placement to delivery dates and closure.
- Coordinate shipments and work to improve supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers to reduce delays and enhance communication through calls, meetings, and visits.
- Assist with supplier onboarding using the company ERP system (Deltek Costpoint).
- Support supply chain related initiatives and present material to internal/external customers.
Requirements
- Ability to present/facilitate meetings and drive action items to closure.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve a common goal.
- Understanding of MS office products is a must with strong MS excel and MS queries knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to provide guidance and advice during teleconferences and meetings.
- Able to successfully communicate in person and on the phone with both technical and acquisition specialists.
