About the Role

As our Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy, you'll play a key role in shaping and evolving the LEGO Group's global pricing strategy. You'll lead strategic pricing initiatives that balance consumer value, commercial growth, and financial performance while influencing how products are priced across global and local markets. Working closely with Product Development, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and regional leadership teams, you'll develop data-driven recommendations that unlock sustainable growth and strengthen pricing as a commercial lever across the business. You'll have the opportunity to influence senior decision-makers and help shape pricing strategy for a global portfolio spanning thousands of product and market combinations.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and evolve the LEGO Group's global pricing strategy.
  • Lead strategic pricing initiatives balancing consumer value, commercial growth, and financial performance.
  • Influence product pricing across global and local markets.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations in collaboration with Product Development, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and regional leadership.
  • Unlock sustainable growth and strengthen pricing as a commercial lever.
  • Influence senior decision-makers on global portfolio pricing.
  • Build pricing strategies that balance consumer value, commercial growth, and profitability.
  • Develop strategic pricing projects across global markets and product categories.
  • Create clear recommendations translating analytical insights into business action.
  • Foster trusted partnerships with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
  • Enhance pricing capabilities, tools, and processes to support long-term growth.
  • Strengthen the roadmap for pricing strategy across the LEGO Group.
  • Support the evolution of global pricing strategy, enhanced pricing tools and capabilities, and greater use of data and analytics platforms.
  • Work closely with Product Development, Finance, Sales, Marketing, regional leadership teams, pricing colleagues, and senior leaders to strengthen pricing as a key driver of commercial growth.
