About the Role
Vishay Thin Film is seeking applicants for a 3rd shift Saw Operator position. This role is crucial for preparing materials and operating machinery to cut components essential for innovative designs across various markets.
Responsibilities
- Set up saw machine per work instructions
- Prepare material for cutting by using the proper tools
- Operate multiple saws to cut per work instructions
- Remove and clean plates
- Dry finished product
- Use a microscope to inspect finished product
- Complete work documents and electronic logs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write to understand production documents and accurately record information
- Basic math skills required
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to multi-task is necessary
- Close attention to detail is necessary
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
