About the Role
As a Lifeguard at Nuffield Health, you will help keep customers safe and happy in our wet side facilities, including the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. We offer opportunities for development and growth in a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Help members stay safe and healthy when using wet side facilities
- Be attentive and alert at all times
- Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents promptly
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
Requirements
- Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
- Able to provide ongoing training records
- Bags of enthusiasm
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Passionate about great customer care
- A real team player
