About the Role
The Course Officer will be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of academic programmes within the School of Science & Technology. This involves responding to student queries, managing student communications and documentation, maintaining accurate student records, administering assessments, supporting timetabling and attendance monitoring, and arranging student events.

Requirements
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
- Relevant experience of working in a busy customer-focused environment within a Higher Education or similar setting
- Confident using IT systems, including MS office packages, spreadsheets and databases
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse problems and identify solutions
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
