About the Role

You are the go-to market expert for driving revenue growth by leveraging our global presence and product offering. You coordinate internal teams to help our customers achieve success. This role focuses on SAP partnerships, one of our fastest growing relationships.

Responsibilities

Be the catalyst of your assigned partners in EMEA and globally, centralizing knowledge and strategy while localizing execution.
Navigate complex enterprise organizations, build relevant networks, and expand the net of ambassadors and influencers for Adyen.
Explore joint go-to-market initiatives at scale and investigate possible joint products with partners.
Orchestrate partnership, Sales, and AM teams to drive maximum impact across prospect and customer accounts.
Drive partner recommendations and referrals that lead to new business wins.
Build powerful relationships with Adyen's sales, marketing, SDRs, and account management teams.
Attend partner events to promote Adyen's solutions.
Understand and communicate the joint value proposition with partners.
Work closely with Marketing teams to build best-in-class GTM activities.
Leverage the Adyen Partner Program to bring new business to Adyen and deliver new benefits to partners.

Requirements

You are a born networker with high energy, self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a commercial edge with an entrepreneurial mindset.
In-depth knowledge of partnership tactics and ability to devise innovative ways of working.
Passionate about the Retail industry with knowledge of its dynamics and trends.
Familiar with the enterprise space, preferably related to the SAP ecosystem.
Experience in managing partners and winning deals.
Winning is more important than ego; you love working as a team.
Proven commercial edge, a track record of delivering results, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
A storyteller with excellent presentation skills.
At least 5 years of working experience in a commercial role.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
Willing to work outside typical working hours to meet other time-zone availability.
Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
Experience working as part of a global team.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with world-class execution.
Comfortable with commercial goals and excited about creating a measurable impact for the business.
