About the Role
As a Winter Seasonal Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving sales and KPI targets through a customer-first approach, acting as a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge.
- Work as one team to ensure a 'customer first' experience is delivered consistently.
- Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
- Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team.
- Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors.
- Fully embrace the team effort and take pride in achieving the common goal.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable store environment.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share it with the team.
- Understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
