About the Role
Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support hiring for our Power and Operations teams. This role focuses on sourcing hard-to-find talent, building pipelines, and partnering with hiring leaders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, curious, and adept at developing effective recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, industry networks, and creative sourcing strategies
- Build talent pipelines for technical, skilled trades, field operations, and professional roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business and technical requirements, and talent market dynamics
- Develop sourcing strategies for difficult or niche searches
- Screen and assess candidates for experience, technical alignment, and overall fit
- Manage multiple searches and priorities, ensuring candidate and hiring manager engagement
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, competition, and sourcing challenges
- Support recruiting events, trade schools, military recruiting, and other targeted talent initiatives
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the ATS
- Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial contact through hire
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong hands-on sourcing skills
- Experience recruiting within energy, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or similar technical environments
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/search techniques
- Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, operations, engineering, or other difficult-to-fill roles
- Comfortable partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
- Organized, accountable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Experience with an ATS and recruiting technology
- Agency recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
