About the Role
As part of our multicultural teams, you will gain insights into new areas of activity by collaborating across departments. You will prepare our guests for a wonderful start to the day with your smile and care during breakfast.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and setup of the breakfast buffet
- Ensuring a smooth and fast service process and implementation of the Motel One breakfast concept "One Smile"
- Participation in the organization of breakfast service
- Gaining insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural teams
Requirements
- Training as a hotel specialist or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry or interest in a career change
- Open, communicative demeanor
- Host qualities and passion for the hotel industry
- Flexibility and creativity as well as a high quality awareness, even in stressful situations
