About the Role
AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. This role is key to supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success.
Responsibilities
- Greet members enthusiastically, model team culture, and act as the primary liaison for traditional teller transactions and interactive teller machine (ITM) technology.
- Retain, expand, and acquire member relationships by cross-selling products, conducting courtesy calls, and meeting annual sales and relationship goals.
- Collaborate with business partners to deepen member relationships and accurately record all member interactions in the CRM system.
- Serve as the lead trainer for desk and teller line new hires within the Financial Center, providing regional support as needed.
- Perform account servicing and file maintenance while strictly adhering to credit union policies, operational risk controls, and regulatory standards (including BSA and SAFE Act).
- Demonstrate active involvement and engagement within the local community.
