About the Role
This is a performance-driven position focused on G10 currencies and financial derivatives. Analysts are responsible for identifying market opportunities, executing systematic trading strategies, and managing downside risk in strict accordance with our firm's mandates.

Requirements
- Must provide a verifiable live trading track record of at least 6 months (Route 1)
- Demonstrated ability to generate consistent risk-adjusted returns while adhering to strict institutional drawdown limits (Route 1)
- Hold or complete the VTCT Skills Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Financial Trading (Route 2)
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude
- Unwavering discipline to operate within strict risk management frameworks
- Excellent record-keeping skills for performance audits and trading journals
