- Unwavering discipline to operate within strict risk management frameworks
- Excellent record-keeping skills for performance audits and trading journals
- Verifiable live trading track record of at least 6+ months demonstrating ability to generate consistent risk-adjusted returns while adhering to strict institutional drawdown limits (for Direct Entry)
- Notification of interest in training opportunities if a 6-month verifiable track record is not possessed
