About the Role
As a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the guest experience. Working closely with the Chef de Rang and senior service team, you will assist with restaurant preparation, food and beverage delivery, and the smooth flow of service, ensuring every guest receives the warm and attentive hospitality for which Four Seasons is renowned.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant before service
- Support the team by delivering food, beverages, and guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and restaurant areas
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and attention to detail
- Work closely with both kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth service
- Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, wines, and beverages
- Support the delivery of Four Seasons service standards at all times
- Contribute positively to a professional and collaborative team culture
