About the Role
The Integrated Metering Alliance (IMA) team provides new and replacement meters, water-saving initiatives, and develops new customer service methods. This role supports the delivery of initiatives and projects within IMA, focusing on time, cost, and quality, while identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and issues. The individual will gain knowledge of project systems, process review, continuous improvement, best practice implementation, and customer service enhancement. This role is for someone looking to progress their career within and beyond the Alliance, with a forward-thinking, collaborative approach and a champion for innovation.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with teams and analyze current service failures to identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in the development and review of processes from both an operational and customer perspective.
- Work with the IMA Project Manager to identify and review literature/communications used within the process.
- Work with the Training and Development Manager and Analyst to plan training and development.
- Produce highlight reports for the IMA Strategy & Change Team and performance information for the IMA Change dashboard.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependency logs for the project.
- Set up meetings and boards in line with programme governance.
- Support the development of business cases, identifying all project elements including assessment of costs and benefits.
- Manage small continuous improvement projects.
- Create a communications plan for projects and manage stakeholders.
- Create and implement a delivery plan to project methodology.
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work at all levels of the organization.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be self-motivated to deliver results.
- Must be able to drive.

- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the internal business and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of the job management system (SAP)
- Thorough knowledge of the processes within IMA and the customer touch-points
- Must have excellent customer awareness
- Must be able to work with people at all levels of the business
- Ability to present complex messages with succinct clarity
