About the Role

Responsibilities
- Be present on the gym floor to connect with and motivate members.
- Deliver a range of sessions to diverse populations.
- Conduct high-quality inductions, "Personal Best" health check appointments, group exercise, and personal training sessions.
- Perform general gym duties.
- Maintain a high standard gym environment for members of all ages.
- Provide free-to-access services including inductions, health checks, taster sessions, and group exercise.
Requirements
- Must be a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
- Must hold a current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level.
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident in service provision.
- Natural communicator, skilled in listening, understanding, and explaining.
