About the Role
As a Buddy, you will support new and existing team members by training them on customer service and demonstrating excellent skills and behaviors, acting as a role model.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all front and back of house key responsibilities.
- Support recruitment by assisting with trial shifts and providing feedback.
- Induct new team members and welcome them.
- Train existing team members.
- Ensure all team members complete training, including e-learning, to compliance standards.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating commitment to high standards and company values.
- Provide support, encouragement, challenge, and feedback to help team members grow.
