About the Role

The Client Lifecycle Management Specialist role is within the Operational Functions department, focusing on client onboarding, periodic reviews, and account closures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and approve all client documentation, processes, and setup for new clients in applicable systems according to business policies and timeframes.
  • Ensure anti-money laundering regulations are followed throughout the onboarding process, including compliance with FCA rulings on anti-money laundering documents.
  • Resolve issues with the UK Head of Lifecycle Management.
  • Manage Suitability profiling using the online system and liaise with the Client Relationship Manager regarding outcomes.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders involved with client setup, including the Client Management, Investment, Risk & Compliance, and Operations teams.
  • Facilitate periodic client reviews and work with client management teams to resolve recommended actions.
  • Monitor and review all documentation for existing clients, ensuring changes to their portfolios are made and documented accurately and timely.
  • Provide management information related to lifecycle processes to management and external parties.
  • Maintain client lifecycle data in applicable systems.
  • Support projects related to client lifecycle activities.

Requirements

  • Financial services experience essential.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a lifecycle management role for varied client types (Trust, Individual, Corporates, Charities).
  • Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks and business practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Touchstone Dynamics 365 Business Central system experience desirable.
