About the Role
As a ROVA Fitness Coach in Central London, you’ll help members navigate challenges by running inductions and health assessments, writing programmes for real lives, teaching studio and gym floor classes, and bringing a 5-star presence to every shift. This role is for someone who understands people and wants every member to leave stronger, clearer, and ready for what comes next.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-star customer service across the gym floor
- Create a positive, welcoming training environment
- Be a visible gym floor presence, engaging with members and guests
- Conduct health assessments and inductions
- Write tailored client programmes
- Provide ongoing gym floor support to members
- Teach a variety of studio and gym floor classes
- Keep kit and facility clean to a high standard
- Maintain equipment so the space is always ready to train
- Work with the reception team to cover breaks and enquiries
Requirements
- Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification
- Experience delivering studio classes and personal training sessions
- Experience writing tailored client programmes
- Experience delivering health assessments
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or similar
- Confident communicating with a diverse range of people
- A strong team player who uses their initiative
