About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategist to join our team and collaborate with a diverse range of creative clients. The Content Strategy team provides direction for clients to excel in influencer-centric, social-first content, fostering breakthrough ideas for standout communication. This role requires developing innovative content plans that align with client objectives and offer novel approaches to succeed in the creator-led space, championing new strategies and clearly articulating their implications.

Responsibilities

Devise content planning approaches for briefs to advance creator-led advertising achievements.
Conduct social landscape and cultural analysis to understand audience behavior and motivations.
Articulate human truths through a creator lens to build novel creative concepts.
Write inspiring creative briefs with clear direction for the creator space, leveraging identified truths.
Set clear direction for casting, specifying creator type and size needed.
Deliver influencer and creator in advertising content plans, detailing content type and quantity by task and phase.
Write a clear and compelling messaging hierarchy.
Collaborate with the creative team on concept development.
Hypothesize content types that will meet client objectives and ensure testing is integrated into the measurement approach.
Sell in the content planning approach through persuasive storytelling.
Present confidently to clients.
Conduct content audits, social listening, brand positioning, and wider social media management recommendations.

Requirements

Proven ability to devise and execute content plans that meet client objectives and introduce new, practical approaches in the creator space.
Significant expertise in writing inspiring, clear creative briefs that set direction and leverage human insights within the creator space.
An effective body of work demonstrating the ability to inspire, challenge, and make creative leaps into new ideas.
A proven and dynamic creative problem-solver, able to connect dots in unexpected ways.
Collaborative, independent, and proactive; comfortable sharing thoughts and opinions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
