About the Role

As an Associate Relationship Banker, you will represent Chase's brand and culture with hospitality, utilizing financial technology and attentive service to assist clients with their financial needs and contribute to branch success.

Responsibilities

  • Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust by asking questions and listening to understand their needs.
  • Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
  • Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
  • Quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts for specialized financial needs.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Requirements

  • Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor product and service benefits to diverse client needs.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience.
  • Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
  • Subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
  • Requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008.
