About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological analyses precisely and independently in a GMP environment.
- Analyze and evaluate data reliably and document results clearly in SOP-compliant documentation.
- Ensure equipment readiness through qualification, maintenance, and calibration.
- Manage sample processes from receipt to optimally prepared analysis.
- Continuously optimize processes and clarify deviations and OOX in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
Requirements
- Completed training as a biology laboratory assistant, BTA, or comparable qualification.
- Practical experience in the GMP-regulated environment of a microbiological laboratory.
- Sound knowledge of microbial analytics and regulatory requirements.
- Structured, independent, and quality-oriented way of working.
- Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility.
- Very good German language skills.
- English language skills are an advantage.
- Practical experience in the GMP/Pharma sector is required.
- Fluent German and English are required.
