About the Role
As an Electronics Technician for Automation and EMSR Technology (m/f/d) at Axolabs, you will actively shape stable production processes using state-of-the-art technology. You will take responsibility, contribute your ideas, and help shape the further development of our site. Become part of our mission: Science for a Safer World.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliable operation of our EMSR systems in cleanrooms through maintenance, calibration, and precise upkeep measures.
- Install, test, and maintain highly sensitive sensors and measuring equipment for stable and reproducible processes.
- Monitor and optimize building management and monitoring systems (e.g., AVEVA PI) and sustainably resolve faults.
- Support the diagnosis, adaptation, and continuous development of our PLC systems.
- Document measures in a GMP-compliant manner and participate in qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) as well as the implementation of ATEX-compliant solutions.
Requirements
- Completed training in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or comparable; technician or master craftsman qualification advantageous.
- Experience in EMSR technology, ideally in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical technology, chemical, or food).
- Knowledge of sensor technology, Ex-i and NAMUR technology, and PLC systems (e.g., Siemens S7, WAGO, Beckhoff).
- Practical experience with BMS and monitoring systems (e.g., AVEVA PI) and in cleanroom operations.
- Initial experience in a GMP-regulated environment is advantageous – or the willingness to familiarize yourself comprehensively with it.
- Structured way of working, team spirit, and quality awareness.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system and participate in on-call duty.
- Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
