Responsibilities
- Overall leadership of the store, including personnel planning, merchandise management, and active sales and budget control.
- Personnel responsibility and continuous development of the team.
- Onboarding new employees and training apprentices.
- Supporting the team with new openings and inventory counts.
- Ensuring attractive merchandise presentation.
- Preparing stock transfers.
- Conducting price marking, markdowns, and inventory counts.
- Primary contact person for administration and sales management.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (preferably in retail), but career changers are also welcome.
- Several years of professional experience in retail.
- Ideally, leadership experience.
- Ideally, completed trainer aptitude test.
