About the Role
Searcys is seeking a personable and passionate Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen Brigade at The Inner Temple. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-quality ingredients, develop creativity, and contribute to a talented team at a prestigious London venue known for its unique backdrop and diverse events.
Responsibilities
- Provide food and service to a consistent high standard, assisting senior chefs with functions.
- Manage stock levels for the assigned section, including ordering.
- Ensure food presentation meets the standards set by senior chefs.
- Adhere to all Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements.
- Fulfill any other reasonable requests from Senior Management.

- Strong organizational skills.
