About the Role

Corient is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic RFP Specialist to join their Marketing team. This role supports business development and client acquisition by managing the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, primarily from institutional and ultra-high and high-net-worth prospects and clients. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, accurate, and compelling responses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, including detailed descriptions with accurate and compelling content in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ensure brand and positioning consistency through development and maintenance of RFP responses and relevant data in internal and external databases.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (Sales, Investments, Product, Operations, Compliance) to obtain specialized content and data.
  • Maintain and conduct periodic audits of the firm's RFP database (Loopio).
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant RFP/writing experience in the asset management industry.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage projects consistently with prompt follow-through in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong reasoning ability to understand, explain, and identify errors in investment strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Possess a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain sound judgment and professionalism under pressure.
