  • Support Client Partner Managers in pitching and selling digital marketing and print advertising to existing partners.
  • Identify renewal and repeat business opportunities by analyzing partner campaign, audience, and spend data.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Produce regular sales reports and prospect updates, meeting deadlines and managing multiple accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within advertising, media, publishing, or digital marketing, including new business and account growth experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insight into compelling commercial recommendations.
  • Confident, engaging presenter, comfortable delivering marketing reviews and advertising recommendations.
  • Target-driven yet relationship-focused, combining resilience and ambition with genuine care for long-term partner success.
  • Strong communication skills; written, phone-based, and face-to-face, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Competent in CRM systems, Microsoft Office & Google Workspace, and digital/data tools.
  • Organised and motivated self-starter, skilled at managing a pipeline, prioritizing workload, and working to deadlines.
