About the Role
In this role, you will shape the commercial success of our private labels Redcare, nu3, SKINTIST, and BEAVITA with an international team, covering pricing, product placement, marketing activities, and strategic projects. You will act as a central point of contact with various stakeholders and contribute directly to brand development.
Responsibilities
- Strategically develop private labels with the team, ensuring international visibility, attractive positioning, and commercial success.
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, category management, and operations, managing projects across Price, Place, Product & Promotion.
- Oversee the entire product onboarding process, ensuring successful rollouts of private labels in all relevant countries.
- Analyze trends, seasonal developments, and KPIs, derive concrete measures, and contribute data-driven ideas to optimize brand performance.
- Support the development of creative brand and communication strategies, finding new ways to make products tangible for customers.
Requirements
- Possess initial relevant professional experience in private labels, category management, e-commerce, marketing, or a similar field.
- Enjoy working with numbers, pricing, and performance KPIs, combining analytical thinking with a good sense for brands and customers.
- Feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, enjoy communicating with diverse stakeholders, and approach tasks with a hands-on mentality.
- Speak fluent German and English; additional languages like French or Italian are a plus.
