About the Role

Responsibilities
- Independent execution of ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank)
- Invoice verification and approval
- Preparation and assistance in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Verification and booking of travel expense reports
- Execution of payment runs
- Dunning process
- Preparation of commission statements for sales agencies
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent educational background
- Approximately 1-2 years of professional experience
- Quick comprehension
- Independent, careful, and thorough way of working
- Knowledge of an accounting system is an advantage
- Confident appearance in spoken and written communication
- Native-level German language skills
- Team player, proactive attitude, and enjoyment of the job are important
