About the Role

Join our growing Operations team as an Operations Manager or Operations Director, driving projects for operational optimization and sustainable company value enhancement. This role offers a direct path to top management positions, including CEO or COO, with equity participation and the opportunity to implement your own business cases and investments.

Responsibilities

Conduct projects for operational development of portfolio companies through process optimization and growth enhancement.
Assume temporary leadership responsibilities in portfolio companies (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, or Production Manager) based on suitability, experience, and situation.
Support transaction processes, including commercial due diligence for both acquisitions and divestitures.

Requirements

Successful completion of a business or technical degree from a reputable university.
Either 5+ years of consulting experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy.
Or a combination of 3+ years of top management consulting experience and 2+ years in industry, including initial operational leadership experience.
High digital affinity and ideally experience with digital transformation projects.
Analytical approach to problem-solving and entrepreneurial implementation strength.
Strong affinity for the mid-sized business sector (hands-on mentality, strong communication skills).
Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
Willingness to travel and flexibility, as a high presence at the portfolio companies is required.
