About the Role
Sea-Eye is a civilian aid organization founded in 2015 to combat the deaths in the Mediterranean Sea. We operate a rescue ship conducting search and rescue missions, train rescue personnel, and conduct public relations campaigns to inform about flight and migration and advocate for human rights. We are looking for dedicated individuals who share our values and want to take responsibility, both on land and at sea.
Responsibilities
- Conduct search and rescue missions on the Mediterranean Sea with our ship.
- Train rescue personnel and conduct courses to prepare crew members for deployment on board our ship.
- Conduct public relations campaigns and actions, as well as general press and public relations work, to inform people about flight and migration and related human rights issues, to call for action, and to advocate for the protection of human rights.
