About the Role
Partner with a diverse team of directors, managers, engineers, technicians, and operators to develop solutions for gathering and analyzing data to help overcome challenges and improve business execution. The role requires using process knowledge to rapidly translate complex data into actionable insights, improving data accuracy and automation to accelerate ramp to rate, and serving as the factory-floor liaison to ensure quantitative findings lead to tangible quality and throughput gains.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn production data into insights that boost product yield, flow, and cost efficiency.
- Act as a spokesperson for the factories and get involved in the design, testing, and implementation of dashboards and other data tools with the Analytics Team.
- Use data analysis to determine areas for improved process yields, flows, on-time delivery and cost savings measures.
- Work directly with the process and product teams to implement improvements.
- Champion the implementation of AI solutions and assistants to the factory end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience
- Experience with manufacturing standards, processes and techniques
- Strong technical skills in data analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in cross functional teams
- Experience using dashboards and reporting for business intelligence
- Experience using GenAI models for analysis
