About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Consultant to deliver practical digital and data-enabled solutions across major projects and programmes. Working within the Digital PMO / project controls environment, the successful candidate will turn complex business, reporting and information needs into useful, maintainable outputs.

Responsibilities

Design, prototype, build and test Power BI dashboards, data models, reporting pipelines, workflow automation and SharePoint-based collaboration structures.
Document solution architecture, data lineage, assumptions, controls, testing and handover information.
Support training and adoption.
Apply proportionate data quality, information management, assurance and governance principles.
Collaborate with project controls disciplines and wider delivery teams.
Contribute reusable assets and lessons.
Provide practical advice and support to less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

Experience delivering Power BI reporting or analytics solutions, including data preparation, modelling, DAX and visualisation.
Ability to work with limited supervision on complex assignments and own delivery from discovery through testing and handover.
Experience capturing stakeholder requirements and translating business needs into practical, testable digital or data outputs.
Working knowledge of Power Query / ETL and SQL, with experience integrating varied data sources.
Strong communication and documentation skills, including supporting adoption and explaining solutions to non-specialists.
Organised and delivery-focused, with experience in a project, programme, PMO or consulting environment.
