About the Role
As a Store Colleague, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding customer experiences daily, helping customers feel valued, supported, and excited about our products. You will actively engage on the shop floor by greeting customers, maintaining displays, replenishing stock, and upholding high service and presentation standards. This role offers an opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced retail environment, learn new skills, and build a foundation for your future career.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information.
- Achieve team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and promoting complementary items.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Ensure high standards of presentation across the shop floor, keeping fixtures, displays, and stock areas clean, organised, and well-maintained.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed.
- Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
- Utilize in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
- Support with additional duties and tasks as reasonably required.
