Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to learn how to improve a program’s offering and its benefits for our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate project management skills in a competitive and dynamic business climate.
- Work on one or several projects with your hiring team in tracking open actions, conduct deep dives, provide data insights, analyse processes to identify critical points and anticipate risks.
- Support the team in recommending and executing network improvements.
- Contribute with innovative long-term and lasting solutions beneficial for the entire team.
- Analyse a large dataset to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Align with stakeholders across different countries on a project rollout plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and share updates with senior management.
- Extract insights from data to drive decisions.
- Develop solutions to real operational challenges, test different approaches, and present your findings to leadership.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the country of employment by the start date.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.
- Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) and commit to 12 month internship.
- Currently in your penultimate year and working towards a university bachelor’s or master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management or similar discipline.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
- Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
