About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the interface between our private and business customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and tickets. You will collaborate across departments to ensure high customer satisfaction daily.
Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries via phone (inbound) and in writing via chat and tickets.
- Work cross-departmentally within Customer Service.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., gastronomy, retail, customer service) or willingness to switch careers.
- Empathetic approach to customer concerns and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various systems.
- Willingness to work shifts between 08:00 and 01:00, including regular weekends.
