About the Role
This role involves supporting Beauty Pie members across multiple channels on a fixed-term contract until early 2027, focusing on delivering happiness and learning within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Adopt a Customer Obsessed approach to assist members and potential members.
- Support members via Webform, Email, and Chat through Gorgias.
- Assist with pre and post-purchase inquiries, including delivery updates, returns, and membership questions.
- Take ownership of customer journeys, anticipate needs, and resolve cases with personalized solutions.
- Utilize systems effectively to provide quick customer assistance and accurate business feedback.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand and adapt to departmental needs.
Requirements
- Be naturally Customer Obsessed, keeping customers top of mind at all times.
- Possess great communication skills and be computer literate.
- Have previous experience in a customer service role within a scale-up business or a large contact center.
- Understand metrics and goals such as CSAT, tickets solved, and average handling time.
- Ability to multitask successfully and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a shift pattern across Monday - Sunday and bank holidays.
Skills
- Gorgias experience is an advantage.
- Previous skincare and make-up experience is an advantage.
- System knowledge desirable (Shopify, CommerceTools, Netsuite, Asana, Slack).
