About the Role

Become the central hub of our regional seminar operations, managing events and enhancing learning experiences for customers and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the organization of events in the regional training center and branches, including complete event management.
  • Define seminar content in coordination with subject matter experts and act as a key interface to service and sales.
  • Organize all event preparations, including materials, media technology, and catering, to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Responsibly manage the recording, controlling, and presentation of seminar data, ensuring audit and revision-proof processes.
  • Actively contribute to the analysis and evaluation of analog and digital seminar formats.
  • Coordinate collaboration with internal and external providers.
  • Engage in direct customer contact and contribute ideas to the development of concepts and digital solutions for modern communication technology and daily work.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Experience in process design.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in organizing various learning formats is advantageous.
  • Structured, independent, and absolutely reliable work style.
  • Creativity and commitment.
  • Enjoy working with people.
  • Enthusiasm for processes and digitalization.
